She is always happy to run quotes and work with us to make sure we are getting the best rates possible. Leah is always quick to respond and send us quotes. "My husband and I, like many others apparently, had been with Tim Long for over 30 years. Whenever we called, someone answered the phone and helped us immediately. We have not experienced this with Brittney Keys. We’ve been considering changing agents. However, having worked with Leah recently and getting EXCELLENT service and support from her, we may stay. Leah is fantastic! She’s sweet and kind and she’s been very helpful to me. Thank you Leah for being so great! We hope that whatever bugs they are dealing with in their office gets resolved quickly!"

"I only give negative reviews in extreme circumstances. But since every communication from Ms. Keyes's office now requests a review on Yelp and Google, I'm going to comply. I was with Tim Long, the predecessor agent of this office, since 1996. His service was impeccable--prompt, competent, and personable--the same as his trusted aide, Marcy. Not so Ms. Keyes or her multiple and oft-changing office personnel. For example, my husband and I recently purchased a new car after the lease of a previous car expired and we turned it in. I promptly sent an email to the agency giving the VIN etc for the old car and the new one. Nearly immediately, I received an automated message from Ms. Keyes acknowledging receipt of the message. Twenty (20) days later, I received a declaration page for a new term of insurance--on the OLD car! I called the office only to be told that I should have sent the email to the previously unknown person now on the phone with me, Samantha. (I have rarely ever spoken to the same person twice at that office since Tim Long retired.) I explained the situation and asked for a call back from Brittany. Five days later, I received a 3-line email from someone named Meghan (I don't know her either), with new ID cards for the new car. It contained no acknowledgement of or apology for the previous omission, not even secondhand from Brittany. And I still have not heard from Brittany. I'm trying to find a more competent and customer-service oriented State Farm agent now. If I were you, I would do the same."
