"Brittany is the bomb. She reached out, and over the course of several hour-long conversations, helped me understand the ins and outs of my home and auto policies. I had no idea how little I understood! She didn't push me or oversell me. She was just incredibly helpful in showing me exactly how much insurance I needed, and backed off easily when I refused certain coverages. Again, she called me, unsolicited. This was within a few months of taking over my policy from a retired agent, who had literally never initiated contact. I'm very relieved to have Brittany on my side!"
